Thank you for everyones response to my first pastel pet portrait! I can’t wait to start the next pastel piece today.
Here is the full time lapse video of Roxy and Bella’s portrait. You’ll see from the first section that I initially started the drawing on a different paper and wasn’t happy with the results. I then restarted the drawing on Pastelmat and the difference was remarkable. The colour saturation and depth was a vast contrast and Pastelmat will now be my go to pastel paper.
