I am so lucky to have a fantastic framer just up the road from me. He always does such an amazing job.
My pastel portraits come professionally mounted and can be done in a variety of colours that best suit your portrait. This is an A4 pastel portrait of Star and both me and his owner felt the black mount complimented the portrait best. It works well with Star being a black dog and then white edge brings out the lighter details in his fur.
I have recently added pastels to my must have medium list and the paper I use (Pastelmat) comes in a variety of gorgeous colours. The finished photo of Stars portrait will be posted tomorrow 🙂
