This is a day I didn’t think we would be able to share with her. My best friend and the best 18th birthday present I could ever have hoped for. The day I picked her up when she was 8 weeks old she taught me from day one what love was. What it meant to be that person who has to make sure you give that furbaby the best possible life they deserve.
This quote, suits Maisey down to the ground. She isn’t physically perfect but I wouldn’t have it any other way. We dealt with the cards we were dealt and it’s made her the perfect companion she is today. Unconditional love and never let anything effect her love for life.
Maisey has had a tough time with medical issues throughout her life. When she was 5 she lost the use of her legs. I always said that if we could get her to 10 years old I’d feel I’ve done good. But here we are celebrating her 11th birthday. My miracle Maisey. Although at times a little wobbly she did learn to walk again and everyday I have with her is a bonus <3
