When I did a poll over on my Facebook page asking what you wanted me to paint next the Tiger got a fair few votes! So.. I set to work designing the layout and yesterday I found the time to get started :).

I loved doing the bokeh background on my recent Giraffe painting and because of the expression this Tiger has the bokeh worked so well. I love the effect it creates. Makes me love my airbrush even more!
I have strayed so far from the reference photograph for this piece making my artwork unique and one of a kind. But the detail and pose, expression the photograph has captured drew me into choosing this photo for this piece.
