Ah these past few days have been manic. I have been working hard to create video content for my new plans for 2021. After many requests following my recent voice over tutorials I have decided to set up a Patreon channel :D.

For now, here is a recent smaller original pastel portrait I completed before Christmas.
The idea for this piece was to use up my left over bits of Pastelmat paper. I hate seeing waste especially art supplies so I wanted to try and find a way to make use of them.
What better way than to experiment and see how much detail I can achieve in a smaller scale piece. This is only 4″ x 8″ which for pastels is small. This is my second smaller portrait, the first being a Robin in the snow.
