I have been super busy working on new content for my Patreon channel. I have so many video ideas I want to upload. Something that I will be starting is video clips of me drawing and talking, explaining what I am doing while I am doing it. Although this is very similar to my actual tutorials where I have in depth voice over throughout, these other clips will enable me to focus on aspects of the portrait I am working on at that time. Giving another way I can share content and provide hints, tips and techniques in shorter real time videos.
‘Selecting Base Layer Colours’
This tutorial is one that is going up as a extra bonus video on Patreon this week. On the 1st of March I uploaded a 3 hour tutorial on a German Shepherd portrait. I am uploading as much content as I can and this 1 hour bonus video has been highly requested by Patreon members so I have been working on this for the past couple of weeks.
I have selected various breeds and species from cats to horses and in this tutorial I will explain what colour I would be choosing for my base layer and why I have chosen that colour. This varies depending on what I am drawing. There are many elements to consider which I go into in depth in this upcoming video.
