My husband asked me to do this pastel portrait of Billy for a surprise gift to one of his good friends. Sadly, Billy is no longer with us and his family miss him dearly. I really enjoyed using my pastels for this piece. He has such beautiful markings and the colours were just a joy to capture. My pastel portraits come professionally mounted and can be done in a variety of colours that best suit your portrait. This is an A4 pastel portrait of Star and both me and his owner felt the black mount complimented the portrait best. It works well with Star being a black dog and then white ...
